Stelios Mavrakis is an economist and graduate of the Department of Economics at the Athens University of Economics and Business. He is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Social and Solidarity Economy at the Hellenic Open University. Professionally, he has worked in the private sector in the food and beverage industry, while also being a founding member and worker of Esmigia Social Cooperative Enterprise, with a focus on agritourism and catering. His interests are closely connected to the local landscape and community life, including agricultural work in family olive groves and vineyards, as well as active participation in the cultural association of his village.
